Fasten your chin straps the motorcycle season is revving up. During the month of May we had a motorcycle event of some type: ride, dinner ride or bike night every week and the month of June is going to be even busier. We are at the point where it’s hard to just up and do something without a conflict to other events. A lot of you will be leaving for Americade and the Gold Classic and personal vacations. That means for those of us who are left behind we must carry on with the chapter activities.

On May 18th after the Gathering, was to be the Officer Petzold Memorial Poker Run. Lu and I were the first to arrive at the Gathering and it was a gorgeous day - not a cloud in the sky and oh so blue. We were so excited because this would be our first official Poker Run with The Riff Raff Riders in a long time due to the house from hell keeping us busy last year.

May 3rd, Ahhh, Spring is here! Sunshine, warm temperature, you know tee shirt weather. NOT!!! It was anything but that, at the 6th annual Northampton Spring Thaw.
